No matter if you’re just considering foster care, or are ready to start your journey – Contact us and our dedicated team will guide you towards a fostering career in the North East with The CFT.

Why work with our north east region?

Fostering with a charitable organisation means constant reinvestment in support services and enhancing the lives of carers and the children in our care. The North East office is our longest-standing office and has overseen the development of countless families, nurturing children into successful and independent adults.

Our one on one therapeutic and 24/7 expert support separates us from the pack.

Social workers and administrators are experts in your region and consistently go beyond the call of duty to ensure our carers have the toolset to encourage, develop and support not only the young people in their care but their own families too.

Our charitable status means our focus is solely on that of the individuals we support and not on making a profit.

Emma’s story

I don’t think The CFT could do more to support us, that’s my experience.

We have found them to be highly supportive and have got that large family feeling back.
