The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Registered Manager to join our experienced and successful team, someone who is reflective and creative in practice. Working together with all stakeholders you will strive to ensure that children and young people in our care reach their full potential.

*we are currently trialing hybrid working until the end of the year 3 days office based and 2 days homebased.

Ideal candidates

The ideal candidate for this position will ‘lead from the front’ and possess vast fostering experience at management level. As the Registered Manager you will be expected to lead and motivate an existing team in achieving the best possible outcomes for our children and young people. Having a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to develop relationships with our Local Authority customers is essential as well as some experience of managing budgets.
