Our North East office based in Bishop Auckland, is looking to recruit an exceptional person to work within our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proficient Administrator who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient Administrative support to the Registered Manager ensuring we meet statutory and regulatory obligations as well as enabling us to provide the best support to our team of carters and above all the children.

The Role

Permanent, full time comprising of 35 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am – 4.30pm). 

This is an exciting opportunity for a proficient Administrator who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient Administrative support to the Registered Manager ensuing we meet statutory and regulatory obligations as well as enabling us to provide the best support to our team of carers and above all the children who they are fostering.  You will need to be able to work to deadlines without close supervision, to prioritise effectively and be flexible in approach, yet effective at seeing activities through to a conclusion.

Ideal candidates

This is a varied administration and supportive role, which would suit a highly organised and proactive individual.  We are seeking a candidate with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft systems.
