Course Description: The purpose of this course is to assist foster carers to understand more about issues such as:
- Identity, disability, race, religion, etc.
- Develop an understanding of how we can work in a way that is inclusive to all we work with and which gives others the respect and consideration they deserve.
- We also need to understand what our own needs for respect and consideration are in this process.
